What the app is

A tool to plan your own promotions, check them against Colombian rules, draft their terms and an ad line in Spanish, and send Recocha a brief for its ads.

General information

The checks and texts are general information with their official sources, not legal advice. The business that runs a promotion answers for its terms, its authorisation and its prizes.

Raffles and draws

Neither the app nor this site files anything with Coljuegos or a departmental company, and neither says a game is authorised.

Terms you publish

Read the drafted terms before you publish them, fill every gap in [brackets] and adapt them to your promotion.

A brief is a request

A brief asks Recocha for a quote. It is not an order; RECOCHA S.A.S. answers with what it can make, the price and the dates.

The checker on this site

It works in your browser on what you type and keeps nothing when you leave the page.

Your data

Your promotions stay on your phone. A brief carries only what the privacy policy describes (Ley 1581 de 2012).
