Questions
Questions people ask
Short answers about the rules, raffles, terms, the brief and what stays on the phone.
Is this legal advice?
No. The checks are general information with their official sources. The business that runs a promotion answers for it; ask a lawyer when in doubt.
Does the app ask Coljuegos for me?
No. It tells you when a raffle or draw needs authorisation, what the request carries and by when to ask. You file it with Coljuegos or the departmental company.
Can I run a raffle on social media without authorisation?
A raffle or draw that promotes a business is a promotional game of chance: it needs authorisation before it starts or is announced.
Where do the full terms go?
Somewhere every participant can read them: a link in your profile, your website or the shop. Each ad carries the short line and says where the terms are.
Who answers the brief?
Recocha replies with the pieces it can make, the price and the dates. Nothing is bought in the app.
Does my promotion leave the phone?
Only when you send a brief or share the terms yourself. There is no account and no internet access in the app.
